On the first Sunday of each month we host a Transformative Breathwork Session led by Tenea Wilkinson with live sound by Timothy Ohl. 

Transformational Breathwork is a powerful practice designed to help you process buried emotions, release trauma, and experience deep healing. By guiding you out of your head and into your body, this modality allows you to access subconscious beliefs and emotions that may be holding you back Participants often report feelings of lightness, connectedness, and clarity, leading to a profound sense of inner peace. This practice not only reconnects you with your true self but also enhances your connection with others.

Bring water, blanket, pillow, eye mask/towel for eyes, journal and pen, drinking minimal water 1.5-2 hours before session, eat 1.5-2 hours before session.
